ACA Health Benefits Fund is delighted to facilitate this program that further adds to the benefits of private health insurance, providing for an easier transition from hospital to home.
A program offered through the Fund's participating hospital network which can organize services and support you may need to help you recover at home.
This service and support includes nursing visits by registered nurses, and contact from the program's staff to make sure the services are what you need and to see if there is any more support you may require.
The Member Support Program staff do not make clinical decisions about which members can use the services - that is decided by the treating doctor and nursing staff.
If you need to be hospitalised and early discharge is appropriate for you, you won't need to worry about what will happen to you after you return home.
