About Online Member Services

Our online Member Services is a fully secure function where you can access and change your membership details with the click of a button and at your convenience - 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Using online member services you can view your current membership details, make changes to your membership, and view your claims progress and history.

Any changes you make using online member services may take up to 24hrs to take effect.

First time to Online Member Sevices?

To use online member services you will need to first register online, and print out / record your transaction receipt. We will send a letter to the contact address of the member within 4 working days confirming your registration.

For security purposes, you will not be able to access your online member services account until the 4 business days have passed and the registration letter has been received.

To protect the privacy of dependents on the membership, you will only be able to view your own claim details until the Privacy Consent Form mailed out with the registration letter has been completed by dependents and received at the ACA Health office.
