Using your log-in to Online Member Services, you can now access your Private Health Insurance Statement (Tax Statement) 2009-2010 online.
Your 2010 Tax Statement will also be sent out to mailboxes by the 15th July 2010. This will be accompanied by your Lifetime Health Cover Statement and Standard Information Statement.

If you're not currently registered to access your membership via online member services, why not register today? Just keep in mind that if you register on the website, for security purposes it will be 4 business days before you can access your membership. Alternatively, phone our office on 1300 368 390 to complete the security check immediately.
Our Member Feedback Survey was conducted again in 2010, and member satisfaction was at a four-year-high!
The overall satisfaction rating of our members was at its highest ever, with a rating of 87%. This is one of the highest results seen in the industry!
We love to hear that our members are happy with the cover and services ACA Health provides, but the responses in the survey are also an important way that we look for areas where we can improve.
