Our Member Feedback Survey has just closed for another year, with member satisfaction at a four-year-high!
The overall satisfaction rating of our members was at its highest ever, with a rating of 87%. This is one of the highest results seen in the industry!
We love to hear that our members are happy with the cover and services ACA Health provides, but the responses in the survey are also an important way that we look for areas where we can improve.
